<P><FONT face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">I was just browsing Oneguy and thought I would look at "Weather" there are no articles....so I thought I would give you a weather report from Perth.</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma></FONT> </P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma>It is 8.30pm, the kids are in bed and it is pouring down. We have been issued with a storm warning for tonight and I think it has just hit. It is about 9 degrees and believe me that is cold considering it has been about 21 degrees during the day, the rain is lashing against the front windows and the wind is howling. We live about 10 mins inland from the Indian Ocean and most weather fronts come straight off the ocean.</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma>My lawn has water standing on it, but when the rain stops within about 15 mins all the water will have soaked into the ground as Perth is built mainly on sand.</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma>Most people think the sun shines all the time out here, but we get as much rain as the UK. Instead of it being spread over the year we get all our rain between May and September, then after that we can almost guarantee sunshine every day.</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma>Reminds me of England.........</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma>Margaret</FONT></P>
