As there seems to be quite a bit of artistic talent around here, I thought I would start a pencil sketch section .....

Congratulations on making such a difficult decision Conor. We all want to make the right decisions in life but the most important thing is to get on and make the decision then put it into action.

(This is Melanie Conors mum)

First i would like to say a big thankyou to all of you that have given Conor such good advice and advice from your own experiences. I think it has helped him come to the right decision himself, and i cannot tell you how proud we are. Hes becoming a lovely well balanced mature adult.

i have just looked and Conors own website and it has just gone live on the internet. He is sitting an art exam at the moment, so you will all see it before him. i am shocked that he has done such a good job on it, i didnt know he could do all that himself. anyway have a look and see what you all think

Melanie and I had some business to discuss yesterday so we had a nice conversation on the phone. She gave me a household hint which I think is worth passing on. Get a doorbell kit, one iof the radio ones that doesn't need wiring, put the button in the kitchen and the bells in the kid's bedrooms. No more shouting up the stairs when tea is ready! Brilliant. She said some nice things about you lot as well but I'm not going to tell you that.

Conor, she's told me the truth about you.....

Aren't you supposed to put a "P" in the bottom corner when ou use product placement under the latest advertising rules?  Smile

Relax Conor  -  not you!   I was referring to Stanleys photo where he had copies of his books on show.   For background, the rules for TV advertising were relaxed this week to allow 'product placement'  during programmes. Not on the BBC  though - they are too busy promoting books plays and music to be bothered.

Sorry to go off topic on your thread.  I'm well impressed with your site, and wish you every success, which I am sure you will have.

He's having a joke and showing off because he knows the new rules on product placement on TV!

Great site Conor, well done...or did Mum do it all?

thanks tizer for the help, i am all responsible for making the web site, no help what so ever, well until i had you, thanks for that i really appreciate your help and advice.
i gotta free afternoon so i will go and edit later on. got to sort my bank out first!
haha i laughed... to think mum could do the web site.. she can manage to log on and use her ebay but she cant even work the dvd recorder!! LOL shes always asking me and my brother for help and dad is even worse! last night he couldnt even tap in the right web address to even look at my web site!!

thanks nolic,

and yes stanley we do have door bells in our room, its better than having mum yelling up the stairs when she wants us, or when mates are at the door. but they never push it for a joke so i know to come down if the bell goes. i think i should put it the other way round so i can call mum when i want a drink bought up to my room LOL

is jack a cocker? as he looks like our dog
