Looking for death or any other info in Thornton In Craven PR of Joseph Bailey who married Mary Tillotson from Colne on 29 Sep 1825 at Thornton in Craven.  Daughter Martha Bailey was born March 1826 Thornton in Craven & is living with her mother in Lothersdale in 1841 with stepfather John Whiteoak.  I have been unable to trace the marriage of Mary Tillotson Bailey to John Whiteoak as is is not on IGI & was probably before 1837  but her grandchildren Hannah & Tillotson Smith are living with them in 1861 at Boothbridge? Thornton in Craven.

Could I ask for help in searching Thornton in Craven parish records? With your help, I now know more about the Croasdale family of Earby,but now need to find out the families they married into. They were mainly in Earby, but a few in Kelbrook. I am going to search the film of Thornton at my local Mormon Centre, -when it arrives there,  but would appreciate names and dates in advance. The main families are HEY, RIDDIHAUGH, DUXBURY, DICKENSON. After that, I have to go onto Colne, as some  moved there!  Thanks. Gwyneth in Bridgnorth
