Not a pair of gloves or hand cleaner in sight. I did this, this morning at the U3A Art group that Wendy runs.
I know the mouth is a funny shape but otherwise I am quite pleased with this as I could never draw animals of any sort. Last time I tried a cat it looked like a RAT!!

Scruffy animals much more appealing .. we don't want to do chocolate box art! and Red cabbage, can it compete with the Kolorabi or whatever it was? What about the house? Nice pic of it's outside in good weather to remind you what it looks like when it's blowing a sub zero gale and under 6 foot of snow?

You may not need them, the field has dried out a lot over the last couple of days.

It has been chucking it down since you left. The onions, carrot and turnip are now cooking away with some stewing beef & Guiness after enjoying their day of glory. Thanks again Belle. I was a bit distracted with worrying about Feeby who hadn't got up all day, but she seems much improved. A day in bed has done her the world of good. Even Colin enjoyed his afternoon hiding away infront of his computer.

Yes it was agood day. The rain was heavy here in Rochdale too. Wendy Maragret has just left me, after a hearty meal and a few laughs.
I would just like it to be known that some artists even braved the weather to sit outside and sketch. I may have been frozen but I wasn't too wet with my arctic anorak on
Thanks Wendy and Belle

I thought it was the case Wendy, so I am glad the she seemed better by the end of the day.. i hope her eye heals fully. Your animals were beautifully behaved, especially your model holding his pose on the blanket with such seemingly effortless ease!
