Headline in BET this morning, 'Watch out for Stan!'  No, it isn't the thought police trying to catch up with me, it's the name the Council have given to their mobile information centre.

Yeah - I considered cropping the image so as not to scare the horses or children but I had to leave him in because they wanted to show the clock above Nutter's... Tongue-out

The pre-eminence of prudence means that realisation of the good presupposes knowledge of reality. He alone can do good who knows what things are like and what their situation is. The pre-eminence of prudence means that so-called 'good intentions' and so called 'meaning well' by no means suffice. Realisation of the good pre-supposes that our actions are appropriate to the real situation, that is to the concrete realities which form the "environment" of a concrete reality seriously, with clear-eyed objectivity.

Not at all - I didn't take the photo. It was provided by the town council with the request that it be used on the cover.

I just do as I'm told...

PS. Had a call yesterday asking for advice on the size of boilers needed to run a couple of 700hp engines. Nice to know that I am not forgotten and recognised as a reliable source of information. In case youore interested, either two 15,000lbs/hr or three at 12,000 if they wanted to run with a standby. They will be burning wood waste in a forest and the power used for running the sawmill and making electricity for the grid.
