There's a long way to go yet as its in the early stages but everything starts somewhere.

Thanks Gloria.

He did give the cards out at the meeting last month. I'm not sure if it was Roger or John who took what was left.

Maybe he thinks it's not ready for a mention because I'm still nicking photos from him? I'll have a word when I next speak to him.

As for the website, I'm really chuffed with how well it is doing on a google search. It's hovering between bottom of page 1 and top of page 2 of the results when searching for 'Briercliffe'.

Just bringing this up to the front again. It is a wonderful site with lots of info on the Briercliffe area, and its family names, a must for anyone looking into their family tree.

I did ask him a couple of weeks ago when I last spoke to him.

I'm hoping to go up next week/week after. I should see him the and will give him a nudge.

They had the Parish Council meeting last week -report in the BE but still no mention of the web site - I keep telling people about it - they were surprised not to know about it
