I asked Tiz about the strange pricing, he is in the publishing trade and knows about these things. Most likely reason is that the scammers find an unusual totle, advertise it at an inflated price and if they get an order they send off for the book, in your case, to Lulu.

Thanks for that Robert. Nice to see one of my children doing well. Mind you, I do sometimes think of myself as the forgotten man.....  (Include John Pierce in that as well!) Main thing is we did it and it's still there and steaming.
