Kev! Brilliant! Please can I have a picture file? It deserves wider circulation..... Pshopping on that level is definitely a skill. I use about 1% of Pshop capability.......

Thank you for the comment Tiz, that is the feeling i tried to get over. I find water mountains and an isolated tree very calming. Pre'artist 'days , that is waht I used to doodle on the edge of exercise books, meeting notes etc.

Latest oils class. One day I will pluck up courage to do this at home, I am frightened I will get paint everywhere. I love oils painting, more so than watercolour but usually I find the colours rather bright so I was pleased that I managed to get more tranquil colours this time

Restful is the effect I wanted. The picture we were working from was brillian oranges, violets and blues... just not my colors at all. However the scene was... back to water hills and trees. I think I am beginning to find that this is more my style than buildings or people.
