I went up Letcliffe today in the sunshine with the birds singing and only a light breeze from the NW to spoil things so I decided you were right and it's probably about time we started to be optimistic.  However.....  have you seen the forecast for Easter?

3 of the pictures have blue sky in them. Does that not constitute a summer?

Perhaps, maybe I'm being too picky wanting more than 20% of days in July  to have sunshine.......

The clear sky didn't do us any good because it was accompanied by a Northerly wind.  Giess what, it has been raining, it is now brightening slightly but it will rain again.

Pluggy, if the camera's in your house then i hope you don't get in trouble with the folk in the end-of-terrace house in the picture for spying on them!

North west wind blowing under a clear sky.  Nice day but no where near summer.  I bet Frank isn't doing as well as Ringo......

Still hot here and it is 8.00pm, we are all sat outside having a glass or 2 of nice wine. More lazing in the hot sun tomorrow.

Not so bad here, we had the first barbie of the summer, it was a jumpers on , jumpers off , kind of afternoon but managed to be out from 11.30 to 3.00, when everyone agreed it was too cold to enjoy any more!
