As there seems to be quite a bit of artistic talent around here, I thought I would start a pencil sketch section .....

Good lad Conor. My own view is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and there is no way you will ever satisfy everybody. The Picasso's are as far as I can see mostly sketches and the bloke who had them was an alectrician employed to install a security system at Picasso's home. He says that Mrs Picasso gave them to him and he assumed that the Big P knew about it. The courts are taking a sceptical view and have confiscated the images while investigations are done. I want to the big retrospective exhibition at MOMA in NY in about 1980 and I seem to remember seeing quite a few nudes that could have been seen as suggestive!
Crack on Lad! A great talent and a pleasure to see your work.

pleased to hear it tom, we dont want you wandering off too far from here, ok this is a question for you lads...... put your hands over your ears girls. ive been asked by 2 girls (very fit) if i would draw them naked, ive not answered either. ive asked mum n dad what they think, you can guess what dad said on the lines of yeeeaaahhhhhh!!!! but mum said to ask them for a photo so that its decent, but they want me to draw them live. so mum n dad have said 'i wouldnt if i were you' so i think thats what im going to do. just ignore it. but what would you do?
and ive done another painting today but its only a very quick one again of johnny depp, (i will at some point to a proper one) who just so happens to live in the next village, so thats why i choose to paint him today, again in pablos blue period, the paper i used was just rubbish white paper so the white paint doesnt pop out so much, learning new stuff everyday

Conty, is it your art they are interested in or what? What would your girlfriend think? Even if she agreed to it what would be going through her mind ? Are you potentially putting yourself in an awkward situation where anything could happen? Do you want a reputation of drawing risque subjects? These are the sort of questions that you need to be asking yourself and coming up with your own answers. Nolic
