I'm being very boring and enjoying hogget butties and also beetroot and tomato ones. Warm weather, not as hungry and weight quietly creeping down to normal summer level. I don't know how cold weather affects others but I usually put a couple of pounds on during the winter.

You can't eat the menu Moh. I made a fool of myself by ODing on Hot X buns and choc ice. When will I learn? Woken up by indigestion, my system doesn't like junk food!

Garlic chicken, sliced & lightly battered potatoes and garden peas.  I found a nice recipe in Lancashire Life which I am going to try on Saturday - Oxtail and beef suet pudding with garlic, beer and red wine - sounds good.

A real stripped down beauty.....I asked who built it ..."Me ," he said ".....in the front room 4 years ago "

Great summer food Moh! 3 hogget cutlets grilled and then after de-fatting casseroled long and slow with baked beans. Good in butties or with chips. Dead easy and very tasty.

Stewart gave me some minted lamb chops as a bonus yesterday (he looks after me well!). Casserole slowly with some peas?

Hubby once built one of those many years ago, during the past few years he has built various BSAs and a couple of Norton Dominator 99s.  The last one he sold to a guy in Brixham so we borrowed a trailer and took it down and had a long weekend down there.  Back to topic - lamb curry last night and I am doing the oxtail & beef puddings tonight - cooked the meat yesterday so I can skim any fat off.
