Following the Website, (I am geographically challenged by Junction Numbers on Motorways ), I presume Standish is somewhere in the Wigan Area ( I do know my postcodes ).

Admission for all £1 - A truly fab night out..

The website also has some taster pictures of what look like home made basses and 6 string electric guitars , unique shapes and worthy of the wood turning etc pages on here , unfortunately the site does not seem to follow up on them as I would like to see and know /hear at bit more about those items.

An interesting website - no harm in adding a link, I wouldn't have thought.

Standish (near Wigan) isn't THAT far away and it does have some interesting features. I love anything that encourages creating live music (an antidote to the X factor mentality!).

I shall take a longer look when I've time.Go to Top of Page

Yep , noticed the websites. Content good but arrangement a little difficult to understand. Perhaps a three colum (narrow, wide , narrow ) would present things a bit clearer with announcements in most recent order in the middle , links to important archive /adverts on the left and links to items/ events that are newest /nearers to date of viewing down the right.

Lancashire music scene somewhat difficult to follow easily with the past impacts of Liverpool and Manchester needing lives of there own never mind the small town happenings past and present.  Reminder of which was Radio 2's dance season with Pete Waterman recalling days of past -  and present -  at the Northern Dance clubs with some great rare import soul  music tracks played on the show.

Looks interesting website. Not my kind of music but good luck to you. You obviously put a lot of work into this.

One thing tho ... you might find people warm to you a bit more on here if you reciprocate by putting a OneGuy link on your website which will be interesting to your visitors and make you more Search Engine friendly I believe.Go to Top of Page
