I can start a topic, go there and edit it, and I have a whistle icon too.....but no dustbin.  So I could go on creating forever I guess.  What's wrong with software, One Guy or ME?

Christy, you can always edit the topic using the paper & pencil icon, delete the bits you want to then submit it again.

If someone enters something on the site and then have second thoughts they can always click onto the whistle icon and leave it to a moderator to delete it.
