I went up Letcliffe today in the sunshine with the birds singing and only a light breeze from the NW to spoil things so I decided you were right and it's probably about time we started to be optimistic.  However.....  have you seen the forecast for Easter?

Plenty of sun in Barlick but a cool westerly wind.  I can't help with the weather Julie, the reverse rain dance isn't working this year because of the cool winds.

No change here in Barlick, half-hearted weather.  Not summer.

Just had a 'respite' week in Scarborough in the tin tent - the only rain we saw was a shower on Sunday night, it was really hot this morning when we left.

Did red washing, hung one sheet out and then brought it back in again. Just hung the whole lot out for 10 minutes or so!

I washed a woolen blanket at lunchtime, hung it out and dried it before the first thunder shower hit us.....  Good growing weather!
