I went up Letcliffe today in the sunshine with the birds singing and only a light breeze from the NW to spoil things so I decided you were right and it's probably about time we started to be optimistic. However..... have you seen the forecast for Easter?

Haven't seem the forecast for Easter, but if it's as accurate as the forecasts last week we have nothing to fear! Daffs well and truly out now, lambs in't fields, blossom on't trees it's spring alright!

Sounds like you folk are all ready to fall in love....mate....rear offspring....prance about in buttercup filled meadows.... I am so pleased for you all. Doesn't it raise the spirit to see a change in the seasons? (hope we don't miss out.....I am so OVER the hot weather (in the 40's) at this end. My pores have had a really good clear out this summer. And if I eat salad for much longer, I shall look like a (non specific) salad item!)

Lovely here today but a bit chilly. No lambs as yet, but the grass is growing.

Bridge over Pendle Water on Victoria Park is back open again - at least 12 months to re- buid to my knowledge so we now get the full benefit of the park and and the nice flowers that are now blooming. Nolic

Slightly cloudy here - but feels cold after spending the last week in 70% plus.
