As there seems to be quite a bit of artistic talent around here, I thought I would start a pencil sketch section .....

It's his granddad I want to see, he seems to talk a lot of good sense.

If he has a beard he will probably turn out to be related to Bodger or Bradders.

You were right - there is a slight resemblence to SC - is your grandad a crossword or racing fan?

oh i forgot to say. i did win an award the other night. i won the most prestigous award the school can give.'VICTOR LUDORUM AWARD' 1940 the last one to recieve it went on to play rugby for england. its a massive shield. i was going to hang it above my bed but mum said 'if that falls down it will kill you if it hits you on the head' haha so i took it back down.

thats what everyone says in uni when they see dad. they dont think i will have too much trouble filling out. i need to be a brick dunny but he was like me at my age so i am not gonna worry too much yet

just adding the finishing touches to the drawing, making the teeth look more like enamel and adding the taste buds on his tongue and the very fine details to the skin and darkening the clothes. i have used my dark pencils almost to stubbs on this drawing.

Three generations in one photo - it's a bit like a meeting of the mafia bosses!
