Land Registry is now offering a new service that provides property owners with copies of all transfer deeds since first registration(not necessarily when first built). For a full sale history of your property, write to: Property Information Team, Old Market House, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, Ch41 5FL. They will need confirmation that the property is your own, a fee of £25, plus £4 for every transfer deed copied and issued(you will be advised on this amount).
