I went up Letcliffe today in the sunshine with the birds singing and only a light breeze from the NW to spoil things so I decided you were right and it's probably about time we started to be optimistic. However..... have you seen the forecast for Easter?

Perhaps the gloves are for keeping warm whilst dashing to the loo in the night....tho for most of us a pair of slippers would suffice.

Oh dear, have i done it again. I almost thought I had done a faux pas for a moment. I actually only typed a word or two wrong, I should have said 'when I expose my hands' not 'when I expose myself', . Anyway some of you had a bit of fun, so no harm done.
All thru the fields and meadows gay .... Enjoy Take Care...Cathy |

Of course there isn't Cath. The gloves remind me of the old Minnesota story of keeping the seat of the outside loo in the warm kitchen during the depths of the winter.

Same here Sue after a heavy dew and the glass is climbing rapidly. My little gas free house will soak up a bit of heat today! It could be the first day for yonks when it has been warmer outside than in. Wonderful, there is a God!

Cathy...it may have gone totally unnoticed...but you know I cannot help myself. I come across these things and a switch flips inside of me....put it down to my wicked sense of humour. I think I have regained composure now... Yep...all serious now...Onward McDuff...!
