Oh yes Rob
I am still tackling the beach huts. I have done a drawing and wash in INKTENSE pencils but wasn't very happy with it

How do you feel about this one, another sunset but with the added interest of the reflection in the water.

Jeepers that looks hard
Here are my beach huts, pretty awful but I was working on perspective which I think I have managed. I did it in pen and wash
However I am very happy with this picture I did yesterday of White Cosmos. I did it in Inktense pencils , which I have had for ages and never used.

I did forget to say that this is not anoriginal picture but is copied from a Christmas card , the original artist I do not know Edited by - Sue on 29/01/2010 3:02:09 PM

Apologies Belle, but here is the latest oil painting, copied loosely from an original painting c1840, Callis Mill near Hebden Bridge. I am trying to emulate the Victorian mill artists and portray a slightly romantic feel.

Yes! I like that (why are you apologising?) you are certainly capturing the feel of times gone by. as to the sunset reflected above, it's a bit like a graphic form a boys magazine somehow..very colourful, but not really my cup of tea! I think you nailed the perspective Sue..on the beach huts.
