Does anyone know a Walter Ellis Adshead. He would be about 72 years of age. I think he may live in the Barlick area but originally born in Stockport. His father was Walter Adshead and his mother was Florence, I f all is correct then he is my mothers cousin. If anyone knows of him could they ask him to get in touch via this site. Many Thanks

Allison, welcome to the site. I was born in Stockport and can remember an Adshead family but can't remember the context. The only adshead in the Blackburn tel directory is in Rossendale 01706-210523. Could be worth giving them a ring? (Of course, this might be you!)
