Maybe the trial period ended? I don't know? I wasn't given any dates for how long this would last. Just told to type trial into the ID box. You aren't putting the quotes in are you Sue?

I was chuffed to bits when the info was posted on the Briercliffe forum last week. I had googled something last year which took me to the Time site, obviously couldn't access it.

I have downloaded pdf copies of what I wanted now.

I found this fascinating, lots of Broughton's mentioned here.  Captain Broughton who did a lot of exploration around Vancouver in the 1840's, there was a magistrate called Broughton, and lots of court cases involving Broughton's - but no link back to the Broughton's of Barnoldswick.

Well worth a read whilst it remains free
