I have just found a baby bat in a flowerpot in my yard! Is there a bad person around locally ? I know they are protected. But should i leave it orcall someone. I will Google and see what i come up with. I live in Earby! So if anyone local could give me help as im frighteen of my cat getting it!

My Dad used to live on John Street and I worked at Earby Council offices when I left school so knew most of the streets in Earby- my Dad used to 'score'at the cricket club and I used to 'help'!!

moh, had your dad got a name? I spent quite a bit of time in, and around, the scorebox twixt 1936 and 1940.

Oh I don't know......................... I've not done too badly being related to him!

However he remembers the things he does always amazes me. Names, places, incidents etc relating to Earby and district, all seem to be recalled so easily.

I have all on remembering to visit him each Tuesday!
