If you want to post video clips from YouTube or Google use the Media Icon in the editor, select "Flash" from the drop down and then in the filename box, add the video link and then press update, thats it.
Use these types of links http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7koAtx9EHgI from YouTube or http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=248453210023156229 from Google when you enter the filename, available in your browser address bar
Do not use the Embedded links that are also available
