lol...  my poems.... yes ,, they WERE there,, then yes.... they disappeared ..... I removed them  because .....

I had a certain poem stolen .....   I tracked who'd stolen it ....  and decided that if she liked my poems so much, I would write one especially for her ........

this was what I wrote for her ................

You stole a poem, and changed the words,

Then put it in your name,

You must think that is clever then?

But,I think it’s a shame.

Its folks like you, that spoil the fun,

And take away the pride,

Stealing other peoples work?

You should be ashamed, and hide.

But it will bring no luck to you,

Cos one day, you will pay

Something bad will happen,

And your dreams will fade away.

I’ve looked upon your website,

I’ve read a lot of rhyme,

I wonder how many more there are,

That see,, and think .. ‘That’s mine!’

I bet Im not the only one,

From whom you’ve stolen work,

Call yourself a Christian???

Well I think….. you’re a jerk!

Now THIS poem’s yours,

Yes yours to keep,

Although the words are sparse,

So print it out and frame it,

And then shove it up your arse !

How exciting! I should just point out that if submissions to topics vanish it is because of glitches in the software unless there is an explanation for deletion by a moderator. This is only done in serious cases. However, I don't have any doubt that you believe you have been plagiarised and what convinces me is that Sue has put her name to the posting. I always feel more comfortable when people shove their heads over the parapet and don't hide behind pseudonyms which can sometimes encourage disturbing posts. Well done for standing up for your rights!

I have wrriten another couple of poesm , here is one of them

Perpetual Motion

Flowing gently, oozing out of the ground

Slow movement, a constant trickle but little sound

Pond skaters dancing, darting here and there

Water Boatmen rising, falling, as they surface for air.

And yet the water moves away from this homely spot

Pushing through narrow spaces and over jagged rocks

Perpetual motion driving the water on, away

Far away from these small pools

Left shimmering in the morning sun

The shallow trickle slowly building into a might roar.

Crashes down from a great height  to a rocky floor

Its massive foaming fronds encompassing ferns,

Mosses and frightened birds that do not learn

The importance of this powerful force

Pushing its way forward to meet its source .

At last the motion falls to a gentler pace

As the  river widens allowing more space,

For gentle meanderings on this final journey

A journey now of solitude, peace  and tranquillity.

Perpetual motion still remaining  a force

As this gentle giant follows its course

With pace unchanged until it meets the sea

A vast expanse, space to be free

Where upon the gentle heat of warming rays

Pushes fine droplets upwards, and beyond  into space

Convection carrying the droplets high,

Forming cotton wool balls floating in the sky

Slowly these balls of fluff turn grey

As they accumulate debris  and decay

Heavier and heavier until with one sudden burst

They gush from the sky and down to earth

Seeping through the grassy mounds

To caverns deep, deep  beneath  the ground.

And then as if  by chance once more

Perpetual motion creates this eternal flow.

Flowing gently, oozing out of the ground

Slow movement, a constant trickle but little sound

Pond skaters dancing, darting here and there

Water Boatmen rising, falling, as they surface for air.

And yet the water moves away from this homely spot

Pushing through narrow spaces and over jagged rocks

Perpetual motion driving the water on, away

Far, far away  and  beyond
