I think that the below image is the extract that you refer to. Apparantly it appears in a booklet that was produced by Bev Parker who is a member of the OneGuy site and also the Vice-Chairperson of the Earby & District Local History Society. I'll see if I can get a full copy of it to be published on the site.

I rang Skipton and asked the reference librarian. The pamphlet is written by Bev Parker who is of course a member of oneguy and a leading light in the EHS. Talk to Doc, he is seeing her shortly and he's going to ask for a copy for me, get in there!

I was only told about the leaflet two days ago and as I'd never heard of it, I could only think to ask One Guy's members if they could throw any light on it for me. Within 48 hours I have a copy of the text! Stanley, I most certainly will be speaking to Doc about a copy of the leaflet but in the meantime .... many thanks for taking the time to ring around on my behalf .... and Doc, you clever man, how you found it so quickly is a mystery!
Mmmm .... I wonder if I were to ask where I could borrow 100K at 0% interest over 100 years ..... would I get an equally positive and fast response?
