PS for Maz. If you're wondering where 'Nice Post' went. It's zapped, one of the Trolls who is attacking us on a daily basis. He's zapped as well. I go street cleaning every morning!

No tea last night, too tired. Just two very large ripe plums and a piece of buttered toast. Jack survived yesterday on one meat pie.

Had scones with jam on for tea. Bugger the Type 2! There's got to be room for a bit of what you fancy!

Sausage, beans and tomato casserole. Tried some marinated chillis in it and it was a bit more powerful than I thought. Might have to add another tin of neans to dilute the bite a bit!

Chilli casserole finished thank God! Stewart is closed for the Bank Holiday so he delivered a wrap up on Friday night. Always a surprise as it's what he'd rather sell than have in the fridge. Burger and sausage day yesterday!

A mixture, Stanley. Febby would have Soup every night of the week, given the chance, but two or three nights a week is enough for me.
Have promised ourselves Fish and Chips tomorrow night.
(Stanley will think his eyes are playing tricks on him....Maz is having CHIPS!)

Nowt wrong with chips in moderation. I made a meat casserole with part of Stewart's wrap-up yesterday. Very nice with chips! Must pop a loaf in......

One ploy I have started using because it saves on energy use is to chuck things like steaks or chops in the deep fryer after I've made chips. This sears them and if they are popped straight into a casserole with the veg etc retain their taste much better. Any suplus chip[s can go in as well!

Pice of pork finishing off on high heat after cooking slowly all night in the top oven. Forgot to put a loaf in yesterday, will do it now. Pork butties for tea..... Must make some Bramley Apple sauce!
