I have spent many happy hours in this pub!!!!!! I worked there for a few years from being 16 to about 20 years old. We used to do breakfast for the stable lads from Dickinsons racing stables when they were round the corner on Station Road. This pub was very popular with farmers and dealers who attended the auction market on Thursdays as we were open all day (and most of the night).
