Description: Looking down Messenger Street ? towards Valley Mills, Southfield Street, Nelson, in the 1960s/70s. Known as Jimmie Nelson's Mill, the chimney may have belonged to the Dublin Mill next door. At the bottom of the street were the notorious steps.
