As there are a number of artists among our midst, I thought I would start a topic for watercolour painting.

Very good painting bloks - have you thought of putting some on show?

If you are thinking of figures have a look at this web site. It seems that when painting people in landscape  less is more in terms of detail. Nolic

There's an exhibition at Todmorden Town Hall 1st and 2nd November. Probably too latwe for you to exhibit this year but might be worth a visit just to see if you can make any contacts. Cath and I will likely be going on The Saturday morning. Theres an exhibition in Higham each Easter and one in Kelbrook late summer. If you have a local arts supplies shop it might be worth buying a tube of paint and making enquiries there. Nolic

I will  definitely go and have a look at the Tod' exhibition, if there is time it would be good to put a couple in, just to get some feedback.

Who organises this one??

Perhaps we should be investing ourselves?  I'm serious, I'd love to have one on my wall, I'm prepared to put my money where my mouth is......  How much for the Bancroft pic Rob?
