You won't find this in Philip Street now, it vanished when the Park Road surgery was remodelled. It's the frame for a rain water tank and the maker was Billycock Bracewell's foundry at Burnley that eventually became Burnley Ironworks.

Interesting topstones on a wall in Philip Street just off Ridge Street. Fairly certain they are from round a mullion window but I could be wrong.
