Gorilladog file arrived. OE tried to block it but I got round it. It said it was a dangerous attachment.
Nothing better than a steam loco at full chat.....

It was my email setup.... After the recent unpleasantness it had reverted to maximum security. Not your fault Kev. How about Pshopping Jack's head on my shoulders for me? Could be closer to the truth! Or/and give me the gorilla's head......

I think I'm going potty, my head on Jack's body? I'll go away and do something useful.....

This is a good photograph but the painting is better.

Stanley, you forgot to put the barge in the photo, hehe!
Hobbo's railway paintings are nirvana for those of us who love machines and the like. I notice on his web site he even has one of an army tank!

Now come on Sue, that's not the way, let these pics inspire you not discourage you ...everyone has different tastes in art, for many people your snow clad lanes are just as desirable as these little engines puffing away.

'Photograhic' is perhaps not the highest recommendation for a painting. Enormous amounts of hot air have been generated dabating that one! Give up your insecrity Sue. Keep posting!

Sue, there's no reason at all to feel inadequate, your paintings are great in their own way and there will be many who will prefer yours to Bill's. I happen to like railway engines and so his pictures of that type offer me that too. But a lot of other peope think I'm barmy and would never want a picture with a railway engine in it. Horses for courses! His rabbit is realistic but I would choose your "Japanese style" lake and tree any time over the rabbit to put on my wall. Sorry about that Bill - I hope I've not made both of you feel inadequate now! If you ever saw my attempts to paint you would never feel inadequate again! Keep 'em coming.
