Here are some pics of my new Pochard Box, a mini studio, takes small canvas boards of 8"x6" and apparently was favoured by the likes of Constable and Turner for making outdoor paintings.
We have been down to Cornwall and Devon, the box came along and I managed to get a couple of paintings done, one of Portscatho near St Mawes and the other in Dartmoor.
Really impressed with the versatility of the box and the convenience and looking forward to getting more outdoor paintings completed....

Looks good Rob.

As for the painting expedition, perhaps we should come up with a few tentative daters, ten confirm nearer the time if the weather looks good.  I am afraid my summer is filling fast, I have a couple of weeks in June, then nothing free till the end of July/early August . August is now nearly full. What did I do when I worked I wonder?

How would Haworth suit? forty six minutes from Rochdale, 47 minutes from Rossendale, and 55 minutes from me?

End of June looks clear to me, apart from Thursdays

Haworth would be fine

Pick somewhere outside the village as parking is always a problem. Some nice locations at Oakworth on the way towards Hebden Bridge. Nolic

Good advice Nolic, was just thinking about the infamous carpark in Haworth and the demon wheel clampers!!

Unlikely to be able to get time during the week but I hope you all have a great day - and get some painting done. Nolic

How about Friday the 25th of June, or indeed the Wednesday 23rd, can you suggest the best meeting place Belle, I think you are more familiar with the locality, if parking not a problem then it may be best to meet in Haworth centre.
Sue, more than happy for you to follow us over from this end......
