"...try coating the wc paper with a couple of coats of acrylic gesso before you use it to give it a seal..."

Have I wandered into the wrong thread?

Hey you lot, I am away three days and you are starting to talk mass production line. I have to do house wifey things before I can get my paints out again. Too many hloidays , too much dust and not enough clothes to carry on much longer without having to do those  housey chores!!!!!

Bugger the dust, Quentin Crisp said that after three years it stops accumulating. Don't forget the inspiring motto on each sheet..... (Oh, and the incorporation of a small amount of Jeye's Fluid in the ghesso mix to give the right aroma.)

As a youngster I played in a "beat group" on drums. Whilst we were rehearsing  once  at New Rd School in Earby we copied words of a song onto the only paper we could find - bog roll.

As we sung  it we ended up with "Poor old Joe, he's blind and cannot see. Please wash your hands WRCC....." Nolic

Stanley, rather than risk Jeyes, I would rather add some fiery jacks to the mix.........

Sue here are my mother's words of advice about chores "The housework will be there long after you are gone!" Lifes too short , do great Art and bad housework..no one will remember if you do it the other way round!

OK I get the message but I am afraid I am one of those cleaner ironing people. All finished now. So i can turn my mind to other things,. I bought a stacking set of plastic drawers today to store my painting stuff. I got them from B& Q and I am really pleased with them
