As there seems to be quite a bit of artistic talent around here, I thought I would start a pencil sketch section .....

Yong Fred Dibnah Pencil Sketch
My Daughter sketched this portrail of Fred Dibnah as a young man.
I have been a bit tied up this last couple of weeks so have been absent from the site, got a call to go in and receive a kidney transplant so you can imagine other things have taken precedence!!

Oh my goodness, "receive a kidney transplant', does that mean you have actually had the operation, or are you still waiting.  I understand that these things happen immediately an organ is available so maybe you are in recovery.  Obviously a huge thing to go thru, I wish you all the best Blokman.

Thanks Cathy, you are quite right, the call came through from the hospital just over a fortnight since, arrived at hospital at ten in the morning and underwent the operation at nine at night, three hours later it was all over!!
Case of taking things easy now till I can regain my fitness.
